This class begins with a Yoga Nidra practice that focuses on relaxation and connecting your body with your mind. We focus on breathing techniques and isolating particular areas of the body before moving into the yin portion of the practice. In yin we hold the postures for an extended period of time allowing the legs, low back and upper back to release and gain more mobility and movement.
