Introduction to Yoga Package
In this 5 video series I teach you the fundamentals and basics of a yoga practice. We begin by learning proper alignments and breathing techniques and move into joint movement and mobility. As the series progresses we start to introduce some basic strength training postures and continue to work on flexibility. Towards the end of the series we work on linking breath to movement and completing more dynamic flows.
This series is an excellent way to be introduced to the basics of yoga in a gentle, slow paces class. Feel free to watch the videos a couple of times before moving onto the next one.
