Old Baldy Mountain Swing Hike

Are you interested in scenic views, a relatively easy hike and a SWING at the summit? Then the Old Baldy Mountain Swing Hike is for you! In that case, near Shawnigan Lake in the Cowichan Valley of Vancouver Island, British Columbia is the hike of your dreams.

The hike begins with a steep incline up a gravel road. This was the worst of the hike purely because of how steep it is! However, once you reach the tower the worst of the worst is over. From there you will reach your first viewpoint, and it is stunning.

You keep climbing for about another 20 minutes and the view gets better and better. At the summit, you will come to what looks like a logging road. Follow it for about two minutes and you will be at the swing of your dreams!
