I recently visited Or-Er, a darling little cafe in the Seong-Su district with Jennifer. The cafe is not far from Share’d Tables and is quaint, adorable and has a gorgeous patio in the back.

Upon entrance, the cafe is airy and bright and has tropical trees surrounding the vintage furniture. It is wide open and bright, but once you move to the back the cafe changes feel and The cafe itself reminds me of a grandmothers house. The wallpaper is floral and it has a vintage feel.

The cafe has a large assortment of coffees, teas, and cakes. Jennifer and I were both pretty satisfied with our drinks.

The patio is really pretty with green surrounding the fences, and there are a few to sit at and enjoy your coffee at. The mood is really nice and it is a calming atmosphere In the summer, I imagine the place gets pretty busy.

There is a second level of the cafe that is more intimate. There are sectioned off rooms with big airy windows that let light stream in easily. The tables are larger so the area is suitable for groups, or even students studying. The furniture is reminiscent of the 1920’s, and 1930’s and is excellent for taking photos if that is your thing.

This cafe is a really nice place to spend a few hours if you have some extra time. You can reach it easily walking from Konkuk University station.
