Well, my new friend Adva and I really went down the rabbit hole of cafe hunting this time. I mean this literally because after we visited the Share d’table cafe and C27  we discovered the Alice in Wonderland cafe. It is an adorable cafe with roses and mirrors scattering the walls and Alice decor on the tables. The doors are decorated with Queen of Hearts symbols, and if you look up you will see a figure of Alice falling through the roof.

The tables have flowers, candles, and placemats, and it’s actually pretty fancy. When you are ready to order you can open the leather menu by unhooking the Cheshire Cat clasp. Inside you will see an assortment of items ranging from full course meals to simple teas. We ordered tea instead of a meal because the prices are a little expensive and Adva and I are both on a budget.

Adva and I ordered our drinks and climbed the spiral stairs to the second level that overlooks the cafe. On the upper level, you take your shoes off and place them in a decorative cabinet. The upstairs is very cozy, the floor is heated and there are several blankets and pillows available.

I have to say I really loved the cafe, but I was severely disappointed in the ginger tea I ordered. It was watery and really not very good, however, Adva enjoyed her drink and the food below did look like it was really well prepared so I don’t want to be too quick to judge.

The cafe is super adorable and it is really a fun place to go and take photos. The roses are a really nice touch, and again its one of those places you go for the novelty. The cafe was really fun even though my tea was less than impressive I would likely go back to give it another shot… I just wouldn’t order the ginger tea!
