Every three to four months I take a poll on instagram and facebook and ask you what challenging poses you would love to learn but think are impossible.
Each week I will supply you with stretches and exercises that I am doing to attempt to achieve the posture. the process is slow and we take the journey together. If a pose is not accessible at the end of the target period, thats ok! We just keep practicing! The goal is there to motivate to progress and improve. It’s about the journey and not the destination
